We wanted to write to record our thanks to you and your team for refurbishing our house over the last 11 months.

It's hard to comprehend that we started this journey with you in November 2007, when you first provided details of the costs we could expect. Since then you have been consistently patient whilst we have evolved our plans, and provided a great deal of useful guidance to help us make decisions.

As the house is old some things have been more of an issue than we all expected, and there have been a few inevitable challenges along the way. However at all times we feel we have been treated fairly and given clear choices to help us make decisions, which is reassuring when it would be easy on technical issues to pull the wool over our eyes.

The thing we have been most delighted about is the character of your team, and the quality of their work. When they were here they were consistently polite, respectful and considerate of the fact that we were still living in the house, and they always kept us informed.

As for their work quality our concerns and uncertainty when we started have been shown to be completely unfounded. We are delighted with the result, which we know was created through skill, tenacity and patience by the team, who took personal, conscientious ownership of delivering a great outcome.
